As the new State of Telangana is formed in a few hours from now, a new website site is formed for the Commercial Taxes Department. The department can be accessed online at the website address >www.tgct.gov.in .
But the services on the website of the combined State ( >www.apct.gov.in ) have been put on hold from 8 am on June 1 to 8 am on June 2. “We have closed the website to facilitate migration of data," an official of the Commercial Taxes Department of Andhra Pradesh, told Business Line .
The registered users (dealers) of the residuary state of Andhra Pradesh can continue to use the present website after the bifurcation.
Dealers can login using their new TINs with existing passwords (“28” TIN passwords).
