PB Lifestyle Ltd, the master and exclusive licence holder in India for Playboy Enterprises Inc, USA, has launched what is billed as the world’s first Playboy beer garden in Pune.
The garden is part of the company’s plans to roll out clubs, cafes, lounges and pubs, beer gardens, hotels, signature events and merchandise under the Playboy brand.
“The first Playboy beer garden in the world, right here in Pune, encompasses a fusion of fine dining, entertainment, music and some freshly brewed beer,” Parag Sanghavi, Chairman, PB Lifestyle, said.
The next such beer garden is scheduled to be opened in Bengaluru later this year. Other plans for 2016 include launch of a flagship club at Worli in Mumbai in April (Playboy clubs are present in Hyderabad and Goa), while cafes are scheduled to open in Gurgaon (NCR) followed by Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills in the second quarter of 2016.
Spread over 8000 sq ft, and offering both outdoor and indoor space, Playboy beer garden Pune also has special pet spots.
On offer are the communal Oktoberfest beer benches, chiller tables and seating for over 400. The food choices vary from modern European, Asian grills, gourmet pizzas and a fresh take on Indian cuisine plus the signature Hef-Burger in addition to signature handcrafted cocktails such as Playboy Martini , Playboy Mojito and Playboy LIIT.
