Provident Housing Ltd, a subsidiary of Puravankara Projects Ltd, will launch its residential apartment project in Mangalore.
Addressing presspersons here on Monday, V. Madhu, Managing Director of Provident Housing, said that the company’s property — Provident Skyworth — will be situated atop a hill at Derebail Mangalore. Spread over 4.15 lakh sq ft, it will have 324 units.
A two-bedroom apartment of 1,091 sq ft is priced at Rs 39.22 lakh and a three-bedroom unit is priced at Rs 48.07 lakh.
Based on the response for this project, the company may consider other projects in the city, he said.
To a query on the future projects, Madhu said the company will soon launch a project in Coimbatore. In Bangalore, three more projects will come up. Land has been located for a project in Hyderabad. Plans are there to start a project in Chennai, he said.
