Rahul’s faces defamation suit

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has filed a defamation suit against Congress President Rahul Gandhi. He claimed that Gandhi’s remark at a rally,“why all thieves have Modi in their name”, was defamatory to those with Modi surname. He filed the criminal complaint before the Patna Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumar Gunjan. PTI
