Seminar on concurrent audit

Karnataka Bank conducted a seminar on ‘concurrent audit system’ for its auditors in New Delhi and Kolkata regions recently. Inaugurating the seminar, P Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, said effective concurrent audit system in the bank will ensure compliance with know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) norms, early detection of irregularities and detection of income leakage. N Upendra Prabhu, General Manager, and YV Balachandra, Deputy General Manager, spoke on the occasion.
