Sobha Ltd and Puravankara Ltd, in co-ownership, has launched Marina One, one of Kerala’s largest super luxury waterfront homes, in Kochi.
Located at Marine Drive, the project has the unique distinction of a pristine 497-metre waterfront. The proposition offering is of 1,141 homes in total in 3BHK+study and 4BHK, ranging from 2,296 to 3,710 sq ft of super built-up area. These homes are arranged in a unique C-shaped design to offer splendid waterfront views to all the homes.
