The Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao, has invited his Andhra Pradesh counterpart, N Chandrababu Naidu, for the Ayutha Chandi Yagam, a mega puja, which he plans to conduct later during the month at his farm house.
Rao flew to Vijayawada by a helicopter and then called on Naidu at his camp office along the banks of river Krishna and extended his invitation for the mega event wherein he has called several other politicians.
This is the second time Rao has flown to Vijayawada in the recent times after the State was bifurcated last year. He had on October 22 visited Amaravati for the foundation stone laying ceremony on the auspicious Dasara Day of the new capital city by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
