Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Madurai Zone, organised a one-day training programme on ‘Unlimited Success with Customer Relationship Management (CRM),’ here on Thursday.
The objective of the programme was to enhance performers as a team with an urge for effective growth with increased enthusiasm and vigor; to become conscious of one’s potential and to harmonise that with team’s potential with ease, and to work with total involvement, zeal, enthusiasm and positive attitude in the direction of excellence, said M. Anbukani, Convenor, MSME Panel, CII Madurai Zone.
“Customer relationships are becoming a more important factor in differentiating one business from another. In order to stay competitive, e-businesses in every industry have begun to analyse these relationships with customers using CRM solutions,” he added.
