Tax hailing app Uber on Friday said it will launch a new service —— uberINTERCITY —— to allow commuters to travel between Mumbai and Pune using its service.
The service, which will be available from May 2, will be charged at Rs 3,999 inclusive of tolls and service tax.
“It’s another step toward building bespoke products and solutions that are extremely local and relevant. It’s one of the many things we are doing specific to the Indian market,” Uber Mumbai GM Shaliesh Salwani said.
