With Dasara and Durga Puja festivities over, the much-anticipated Cabinet reshuffle may take place this Sunday.

The buzz about a reshuffle in the Manmohan Singh-led Cabinet has been surfacing now and then since the Trinamool Congress withdrew support to the UPA Government last month, citing its opposition to the hike in diesel prices, cap on subsidised LPG cylinders and FDI in multi-brand retail.

With the Congress snapping ties with the Trinamool in West Bengal, names of two-three State leaders have been doing the rounds. Among those tipped to be in the Cabinet are Deepa Das Munshi, Manas Bhuiyan and Pradeep Bhattacharya.

Sources said National Congress Party leader, Tariq Anwar, may fill in for Agatha Sangma, who quit in July after her father, P.A Sangma, contested the Presidential poll against senior Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee.

Sheila Dikshit, whose third term as Chief Minister ends next year when Delhi goes to polls, is also tipped to move to the Centre.

The berths of DMK leaders, A Raja, and Dayanidhi Maran, too, need to be filled up, but party supremo, M Karunanidhi, had recently expressed his unwillingness to be part of the Cabinet.

The past two weeks have seen hectic parleys in the ruling coalition, with the Prime Minister meeting the President, the Congress President, Sonia Gandhi, and senior party leaders.
