Videocon d2h boosts offering

South Silver, the entry-level pack from Videocon d2h, will now feature more Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada language channels. Priced at ₹176 per month, it will bring home 306 channels and services. The move is aimed at deeper penetration in the southern market, says Saurabh Dhoot, Director, Videocon Group. Anil Khera, CEO, hoped that South Silver will help Videocon d2h get an edge in the highly competitive southern market. “We believe that this new packaging strategy will definitely work for us,” he added.
