The Rural Development and Panchayat Minister, Mr Subrata Mukherjee, on Thursday, said that the West Bengal Government plans to set up an anti-corruption outfit. The legal framework required for setting up the outfit and other finer details would be worked out shortly, he said.

“Any type of corruption, whether committed by a Government official or officials in other sectors will come under the purview of the outfit,” he told newspersons at the State Secretariat Writers’ Buildings here on Thursday.
