NBCC (India) Ltd on Thursday sold office space of 27,769 square feet at the NBCC Centre in New Delhi’s Okhla Phase 1 to Balmer Lawrie and Co for ₹83.31 crore.
“The profit margin available to NBCC against the said deal will be approximately ₹55 crore,” NBCC said.
Around 75 per cent of the commercial space at NBCC Centre stands sold with this sale. The office is part of ‘NBCC Centre’, a commercial complex developed by the company.
The completion certificate of the centre was obtained from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on June 29, 2015.
NBCC’s areas of operations are categorised into three main segments — project management consultancy (PMC), real estate and EPC contracting.
The company’s current order book outstanding stands at ₹80,000 crore.
