A day after its founding Managing Director and CEO Rana Kapoor demitted office, private sector lender YES Bank on Friday announced that its Senior Group President and Head - Retail and Business Banking Pralay Mondal has put in his papers.
“Pralay Mondal tendered his resignation on January 31,” it said in a release, adding that he will serve the notice period till the close of business hours on March 31.
Mondal, who joined YES Bank in 2012, was one of the two senior officials who were proposed to be elevated as Executive Directors in September last year. YES Bank did not disclose the reason behind Mondal’s resignation.
