Newspapers are the mirror to reality, while schools are mirror to the future, said Sunita Gandhi, educationist and key speaker, at the School Principals’ meet, organised by The Hindu, at the Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium in Mumbai last evening.
While literacy rate has increased, thanks to the provisions made by the government of free & compulsory primary education for both girls and boys. Sunita Gandhi urged schools to foster a clear vision for better development of their wards and underscored the importance of values in education.
