After a wet Sunday, Delhiites woke up to a cooler morning today as the minimum temperature settled at 21.4 degree Celsius, six notches below normal.
According to the MeT department, 12.6 mm rainfall was recorded in the city from 8:30 a.m. till 8.30 a.m. today.
The humidity level recorded in the morning till 8.30 am. was 57 per cent.
“It may get partly cloudy in the later half of the day and thundery conditions may prevail in some areas,” said the weatherman.
The maximum temperature is expected to rise to 38 degree Celsius.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature during the day was recorded at 39.3 deg C which, after the rains, settled at 23 degree Celsius recorded at 9:30 p.m.
