Leading property developers, housing finance institutions and banks are taking part in the three-day Property Show 2013, which got underway here on Friday.
In all, around 180 stalls of these institutions as well as real estate developers and builders are showcasing their latest offerings. The show, organised by the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association was inaugurated by M. Maheedhar Reddy, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development; Thota Narasimham, Minister for Stamps and Registration, and N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for Housing.
The theme of the is ‘Staying Ahead in Real Estate’. Jones Lang LaSalle is the joint organiser, while the sponsor is LIC Housing Finance Ltd and Rashmi Srisairam Projects Developers, while the conference is sponsored by State Bank of India.
In 2012, the APREDA property show had registered over 50,000 visitors.
Banks and housing finance institutions such as LICHFL, SBI, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, SBH, Andhra Bank, Axis Bank, IOB, Central Bank of India, Punjab Housing Finance, OBC, and L&T Housing Finance are providing special services to help prospective buyers enquire about interest rates and apply for loans .
