Bharat Building Construction (I) Pvt. Ltd is developing ultra luxury apartments in T. Nagar, the residential and commercial hub of Chennai.
The six-apartment project called ‘Sukriti’ spread over four floors offers two- and three-BHK apartments of size 1,330 sq. ft to 2,761 sq. ft.
In line with BBCL’s policy of constructing green buildings, the project is an eco-friendly construction, according to a press release from the developer.
