The Francis Alapatt Group, one of the oldest gold retailers in Kerala, has entered the realty business by launching an Executive Business Centre in Kochi.
The group’s new venture called Centre-A-Offices will have 18,000 sq ft of ready-to-use office space tailored in various sizes according to customer requirements as well as a 3,000 sq ft sky café and garden. The company foresees huge demand for quality business centre space in Kochi, said Francis Alapatt, Managing Director, Centre-A Offices, in a statement.
