ACE Group Architects has bagged the best institutional architecture award in the second BERG Real Estate Awards in Singapore for designing the Redbridge International Academy, Bengaluru.
Dinesh Verma, Principal Architect and Managing Director, ACE Group Architects, said “now redefining architecture of educational institutions is to foster creativity, development and learning.”
“Also there is now experimentation with open classrooms, the spaces specifically designed to address different age groups, different activities, as well as differently abled students. Be it the size of the chairs, the design of the walls, level of basins in the toilets or the structure of staircase treads and railings, the final execution is an outcome of lengthy research and assessment of specific users and present day sensibilities,” he added.
