A three-day property fair showcasing budget homes, “Budget Home 2012,” is on at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam.
According to a press release from the organisers, this three-day event inaugurated on Friday showcases properties in various segments including apartments, row houses, lifestyle residential properties, villas and residential plots in Chennai and its suburbs.
Quoting studies by international property consultants Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank, the release said that factors that influence a consumer’s decision to identify a location for their home include infrastructure availability, potential for development and presence of good social network.
Good connectivity to frequently travelled places and favourable demographics are also important factors.
The property fair brings together over 80 builders and banks to cater to the demand of home buyers who want to choose from all segments.
According to the organisers, Eyeball Media, “Budget Home 2012 is a one-stop destination offering a wide range of affordable properties to cater to the needs of home buyers in the specific segment.
