Casa Grande has launched a residential project, the Lantern’s Court, at Thoraipakkam, a southern suburb of Chennai.
Lantern’s Court offers 32 apartment of two- and three-bedrooms from 1,398 sq. ft to 1,633 sq. ft. The price is set at Rs 4,800 a sq.ft.
Apartment prices start from Rs 66.82 lakh an apartment.
The houses come with vitrified tiles, Roca fittings, video door-phone, gym, games room and party hall.
M. Arun Kumar, Founder & Managing Director, Casa Grande Private Ltd, said, the apartments have zero dead space and are spaciously planned, giving customers a comfortable living in one of the preferred location in OMR.
Altis Developers have launched a high-rise project on the sea side of East Coast Road. Named Oceanique, the residential project offers 1,250-2,584 sq.ft apartments starting from about Rs 78 lakh onwards.
The two- and three-bedroom apartments on a 2.4 acre plot are coming up on stilt plus 15 floor tower. A total of 180 units are on offer in the project.
