Real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd has reported a six per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 51.44 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 48.34 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Its net sales went up 75 per cent at Rs 675.91 crore as compared to Rs 386.22 crore in the period under review.
The company added two new projects with 3.85 million sq.ft. of saleable area in Q4 FY15.
