Housing finance company HDFC is hosting ‘India Homes Fair’, a property event exclusively for the NRIs in Oman’s capital of Muscat.
The two-day fair beginning tomorrow will showcase prime properties from across India and feature 32 renowned and well-reputed developers from across 25 cities in India.
The event will be inaugurated by J.S. Mukul, Indian Ambassador to Oman, in the presence of Ajay Sachdewa, Regional Head-HDFC Middle East.
HDFC has had a long presence in the West Asian region.
Sadiq Khan, Director-B2B Events & Marketing, OITE (exhibitions and conference organising company), said that it was the right time for property investment considering India’s steady appreciation in the real estate sector.
“Customers can choose from a wide range of properties starting from Rs 20 lakh to premium properties up to Rs 10 crore. One can get exclusive offers and value-added benefits during these two days of the exhibition,” he said while giving details of the fair.
The list of developers participating in the fair include DLF, Godrej Properties, Hiranandani Constructions, Kalpataru, Lodha Group, Puravankara, Tata Realty, Unitech and Vatika.
