NBCC on Wednesday received a go-ahead from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for its revised resolution plan for the takeover of Jaypee Infratech Ltd.
“The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has communicated its approval with concurrence/consultation with Department of Expenditure, NITI Aayog and Department of Investment and Public Asset Management for takeover of Jaypee Infratech Ltd by NBCC,” according to the statement given to the exchanges.
This come days after the NBCC submitted a resolution plan for Jaypee Infratech Limited.
Lenders voting on Suraksha
Meanwhile, financial creditors and home-buyers are currently voting on Suraksha Realty’s bid. The voting process which started on April 30 would continue till May 3.
