Kochi-based Melonwood Homes has announced the launch of its fourth project – Melonwood Greens at nearby Vazhakkala here.
The 6-storey apartment has two, three and four bedrooms ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 sq ft and will cost between ₹55 lakh to ₹1.25 crore. The project, which primarily focuses on eco-friendly concepts, will be completed by December 2016, Sajo Jacob, Managing Director, said.
Out of the total 29 apartments, the company has already received bookings for 18 apartments, which indicate the customers’ confidence in the other completed projects, he said.
The company has 20 years of experience in building quality living spaces across the State, he said adding that the next project Melonwood Nostalgia will be launched in May.
