Lanco Hills today launched Domina, a set of two-high rise residential towers with 20 floors each, in the IT hub of Hyderabad.
Part of Lanco Hills, a mixed development project in a single phase, seeks to provide luxurious two and three bedroom condominiums ranging between 1,195 sq ft and 1,580 sq ft and priced from Rs 42 lakh onwards.
Mr S. Pochender, Chief Executive Officer, Lanco Hills, in a statement said that the Domina project has been designed keeping in mind young families. They also get access to the Lanco hills ecosystem.
It is located close to the IT hub of Gachibowli which housescampuses of Infosys, Wipro, Microsoft among others.
The mixed use Lanco Hills project is coming up on a 100 acre site and includes residential and commercial office space, shopping mall, hotels and greenery.
The project had earlier got bogged down due to a dispute with the Wakf Board, which claimed ownership of land allotted by the Government. However, the Supreme Court granted a stay and allowed the company to go ahead with construction and shifted the onus on the State Government.
