The Mangaluru-based Land Trades Builders & Developers has announced the completion of its luxury apartment project in the city. Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, K Shrinath Hebbar, proprietor of Land Trades, said that the luxury apartment project, ‘Maurishka Palace’ with 333 luxury apartments, is spread over 2.77 acres of land in the city.
Commenced in January 2012, work on ‘Maurishka Palace’ has been completed in 38 months. He said the rating agency Crisil had allotted ‘5 Stars’ to ‘Maurishka Palace’.
