Prestige Estates Projects Ltd’s profit for the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2015-16 is lower by 8.58 per cent at ₹58.14 crore on a consolidated basis against ₹63.60 crore during the same period last year.
Revenues for Q4 are higher by 12.92 per cent at ₹1107.14 crore (₹980.43 crore).
The company in a note said figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to the date figures up to the third quarter of the respective financial year ending March 31.
