South Asian Real Estate has launched a new home concept: “expandable villas,” that are designed for expansion at the owners’ convenience.
Sare Homes has launched 400 of these villas at its 112.2-acre integrated township, Sare Crescent ParC, on the Old Mahabalipuram Road to the South of Chennai.
This is an ongoing project with the first phase handed over and further expansions under way.
The project on the Thiruporur bypass is accessible from OMR and the East Coast Road and is close to the Siruseri IT Park.
According to a press release, the expandable villas are on approved layouts that provide for subsequent expansions.
A buyer choosing a two-bedroom house to suit a particular budget can add on a third bedroom when the finances permit it.
Flexibility
David Walker, Executive Director, Sare Homes, said at a press conference last week, the objective is to future proof the home by making it flexible to meet a family’s growing need.
Buying options
Buyers have two options – Type A, a two-BHK Duplex villa, priced at Rs 37.49 lakh, with front and garden facing, which provides facility to build an additional bedroom and toilet on the second floor.
Type B villas of 3-BHK priced at Rs 52.95 lakh with similar provision to add one more room.
