FDI backed developer SARE Homes on Wednesday announced the launch of a sports oriented township Olympia in Gurgaon.
The 17-acre project would offer around 330 units of 3BHK and 3BHK +servant quarter apartments starting Rs 77 lakh.
Buyers need to pay only 10 per cent booking amount and no EMIs till possession, said Vineet Relia, MD, SARE Homes.
The project would offer facilities such as football, basketball, tennis courts, among others.
