NCR-based real estate player Supertech Ltd on Friday announced premium township project 'Hill Town' in Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
The project, spread across 140 acres, offers 2BHK and 3BHK apartments priced Rs 47 lakh upwards.
RK Arora, Chairman, Supertech, said, "The project is being developed at a total cost of Rs 2,400 crore. The first phase is expected to be completed in three years and the entire project by December 2020."
The land is located at the foothills of Aravallis. The township will also offer retail, schools, hospitals, facilities for rock climbing, golf, jogging track, organic farming, among others.
