Real estate developer Supertech Ltd has partnered with five sports icons to open academies in Sports Village — its upcoming housing project in Greater Noida.

The project will have a tennis academy by Sania Mirza, cricket academy by Shikhar Dhawan, golf academy by Jyoti Randhawa, badminton academy by Pullela Gopichand and ‘Guns of Glory' by ace shooter Gagan Narang.

The academies will be professionally run under the supervision of these players, said Supertech Chairman R K Arora.

The project will comprise 2BHK to 4BHK units, apart from 500 independent villas, and is being designed by architect Hafeez Contractor. While apartments will be priced ₹22 lakh onwards, a villa will cost ₹86 lakh.

Supertech has been allotted land in Knowledge Park under the Uttar Pradesh government's scheme to develop sports-centric projects in the State. Sports Village is part of the 175-acre Sports Republik.
