TDI Infracorp, a real estate developer of North India, has repaid a debt of Rs 110 crore to Kotak Realty Fund.
Kotak Realty fund had invested Rs 110 crore in TDI Infracorp’s ultramodern township ‘Lake Grove’ project in 2013.
The project is located at Kundli in Delhi NCR area and it consists of low-rise floors and high-rise apartments. It is part of TDI Group’s 1,250-acre mammoth project in this region.
Kamal Taneja, Managing Director TDI Infracorp, said, “We have given exit to our investor Kotak Realty by making full payment of principal of Rs 110 crore and interest amount. We are happy with the overwhelming response we have recovered from our Lake Grove project where we have almost sold out the low-rise waterside floors and have got very good bookings for our high-rise apartment Lakeside Heights and LakeDrive.”
"TDI Infracorp lakegrove project has been master planned by the leading architectural firm of London, HOK, which has earlier designed the Delhi Airport (T3 terminal) and Lavasa Township. HOK has been associated with some stunning architectures of the world like Barclays World Headquarters, UK; Zagreb Mall, Croatia; and many other architectural and engineering marvels, to name a few.” Taneja added.
