The Telangana Real Estate Developers' Association (Treda) today announced the launch of the '6th TREDA Property Show 2015' to be held from October 2-4 at HITEX. Hyderabad.
The flagship event is expected to host about 180 stalls spanning various property developers, bankers and financial institutions, suppliers and some government stalls showcasing new initiatives to attract investments.
P Dasharath Reddy, President, Treda, said, “The aim of the property show has always been to bring together real estate developers and prospective buyers from across the State for better access and mutual benefit.”
Reddy said, “We expect the realty market in Hyderabad and Telangana State to pick up considering the fact of infrastructure development such as Hyderabad Metro Rail and multinational companies such as Deloitte, Amazon and Novartis setting-up or expanding their facilities. The State Government's push is also expected to attract investments.”
A mobile app has been developed by Treda to make it swift and easy for people to access show-related information, properties and financing on their mobile phones.
The event is expected to serve as a platform for property purchasers, investors, architects, designers, consultants, developers, government officials, managers, and policy makers. Last year, there were more than 60,000 visitors and this year, the count is estimated to increase.
Apart from leading builders and suppliers, the home automation segment has a big presence in the show. LICHFL, SBI, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, SBH are among a number of players from banking and finance to participate.
Gowra Hallmark Township is the Platinum Sponsor, and Prestige Group and Vasavi Group are the Gold Sponsors. LIC Housing Finance Ltd is the Silver Sponsor and Prestige Group and NCL Wintech India are the Hall Sponsors for the property show.
