City-based realtor Unimark Group has started work on its Rs 320-crore and 135-apartment luxury residential project at one of the Kolkata’s most premium locations.
Harsh Patodia, the Group Chairman, said on Tuesday that the project would be ready in the first quarter of 2019. “The project is located at the happening and covenant place in terms of connectivity of the metropolis,” he said.
On a two-acre land on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, between ITC Sonar and JW Marriot, the project would have a built-up space of 4-lakh square feet.
“It would have two-block single-tower structure of 38 levels. It would have three and four BHK apartments. The size of the apartments would range between 2,200 and 3, 500 sq ft. The price range would vary between Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 4 crore,” Patodia added.
Meant for the discerning rich, the project would have a separate banquet hall, spa, indoor game facilities, including squash court, swimming pools, private theatre, party lounge, discotheque, and rooftop gardens.
The residents would also have exclusive concierge services.
