VGN Developers has launched a luxury residential project, VGN Presidency, with apartments priced at about Rs 7 crore.
The 72-apartment project is planned in Nugambakkam in the heart of the city with a 15-floor tower equipped with an under ground automated car park and a club house on the top two floors.
Pratish Devadoss, Managing Director, VGN Developers, told media persons all the statutory clearances are in place and ground work on the project will start on May 10.
The project is being launched at an introductory price of Rs 18,999 a square foot. All the apartments will be of three bedrooms measuring about 3,300 Sq ft. Apartments from the fifth floor onwards come with an additional floor rise price of Rs 200 a sq ft for each floor.
VGN Developers which has been in the business for over eight decades sees this as a one-of-a-kind signature project, he said.
