Visakh Homes Limited, a member of the ₹500-crore Sree Kailas Group, is set to expand its operations in Chennai.
Sree Kailas Group is a diversified conglomerate with interest in paper manufacturing, logistics/industrial parks, and construction and infrastructure activities are now set to create a niche in the residential development space as a new vertical for growth.
Visakh Homes recently completed and handed over a project of 20 apartments at Tambaram West, under the name “Shree Gajanan Apartments”. The company has now launched two new projects at K.K.Nagar and Oragadam, in Chennai of approx 1 lakh sq ft, each and the new projects are expected to be completed by 2015-16.
The company has set a target of building over 5 lakh sq ft of residential space in the next five years. The Group has also developed six residential projects comprising 120 apartments at both Kochi and Chennai, a press release issued here said.
