The FICCI has called for reduction of taxes to help the aviation industry grow in the country.
FICCI President, Siddharth Birla, said a tough tax regime could hurt the aviation industry.
Addressing the inaugural of India Aviation 2014 here on Wednesday, he cited huge tax on ATF in the country that ranged from 4 to 30 per cent. This makes cost 60 per cent higher when you compare with other countries.
