Gold loan company Muthoottu Mini Financiers Pvt. Ltd has announced the formation of a cricket club.
Roy M. Mathew, chairman, said the Muthoottu Mini Cricket Club (MMCC), registered with the Kerala Cricket Association, would organise cricket matches at national level, with standards similar to those in the Indian Premier League.
The Club is also targeting to elevate the standards of the game prevailing in Kerala.
To begin with, MMCC will have a team comprising 15 players, with an experienced coach to train the squad.
