The Madras High Court has directed BCCI, India Cements and Bihar Association to file a comprehensive counter petition on a petition filed by Chennai Super Kings.
The IPL franchisee had sought a stay on 2-year ban by Lodha committee.
The court will hear the maintainability and merit of the petition on September 23.
Meanwhile, any decision by the BCCI at a working committee in Kolkata related to the franchisee will be subject to court's order on this petition.
