The Madras High Court has directed BCCI, India Cements and Bihar Association to ‎file a comprehensive counter petition on a petition filed by Chennai Super Kings.

The IPL franchisee ‎had sought a stay on 2-year ban by Lodha committee.‎

‎‎The court will hear the maintainability and merit of the petition on September 23.

‎Meanwhile, any decision by the BCCI at a working committee in Kolkata related to the franchisee will be subject to court's order on this petition.‎
