Chennai-based hotelier Vikram Aggarwal, who was asked to appear before the Tamil Nadu Police on Thursday (May 30), has not met the deadline, according to sources.
Aggarwal had been issued summons to appear at the Crime Branch Criminal Investigation Department, Chennai (CBCID) in connection with the investigations into the IPL betting allegations.
Sources said the CBCID will decide on the future course of action and may re-issue summons. The franchise owner of Radisson Blu hotel had filed for an anticipatory bail, which has been dismissed by the Madras High Court.
Aggarwal was found making calls to a bookie.
