The first phase of the seventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be held between April 16 and 30 in the UAE.
Twenty matches will be played in three stadiums: Sheikh Zayed Stadium - Abu Dhabi, Sharjah CA Stadium and the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
The opening match on April 16 will be played in Abu Dhabi between the Mumbai Indians and the Kolkata Knight Riders.
The IPL general committee met here to finalise the schedule of the Pepsi IPL 2014 season, said T C Mathew, Governing Council Member of the BCCI.
