Telangana Information Technology Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has proposed to set up a separate authority to oversee the implementation of the ITIR (IT Investment Region). The authority would also help create a hub for electronic hardware manufacturing units.
He said top corporations were showing interest to make the whole of Hyderabad Wi-Fi (using which people can connect to the Internet) connected city.
Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao must take necessary steps to complete the admission process of engineering and medical colleges in the State within the scheduled time, he said.
