One instance where technology solved your problem.
One of the best innovations in recent times is the invention of GPS and Mapping technologies. This helps me immensely, especially when I am travelling abroad and have back-to-back meetings with prospective partners/customers at their offices.
Also, some of the countries have horrible traffic bottlenecks - example being Rome in Italy, which has extremely narrow roads and a very high ratio of cars-to-humans and of Moscow, Russia, which suffers from India like problem of politicians taking control of busy roads at peak times. In such countries, GPS/ Mapping is a boon which helps me to take back lanes to reach locations in time.
Which apps are you addicted to?
BlackBerry for emails, Podcasts app. for entertainment and to access internet, news updates, etc., Reuters Insider for market analysis, insight and news, and ‘Documents To Go’ app to save my important information.
