The Chennai-based Vijay Shanthi Builders will soon launch a 19-villa project, Bleu at Kovalam on the East Coast Road to the south of the city.
Set on a nearly two-acre plot, the villas are priced between Rs 2.2 crore and Rs 3 crore, about Rs 7,800 a sq.ft. The size of each villa will be 2,820 to 3,890 sq. ft, according to the builder.
The project is slated for delivery in mid-2015. It is likely to be announced early next year. The project is packed with modern amenities, landscaped gardens, swimming pool and recreation facilities.
