The Grand Hyatt Mumbai is said to be South Asia’s largest multi-dimensional lifestyle complex and within this area is located the Grand Hyatt Residences. Centrally located in Mumbai and designed by the Chicago-based Lohan Associates along with a number of other firms and designers, the property is stands out from the others. The 111 serviced apartments available for long-term guests are fully furnished and spacious. They are available as open plan, one, two or three bedroom apartments with their own entrance and private swimming pool. The apartments also have a kitchen each and dining area for 4-6 people. Work stations, large flat screen televisions, walk-in wardrobes and other amenities are available. A dedicated concierge to take care of all your needs, access to the hotel’s restaurants and Club Oasis (the fitness centre and spa) are present. Some apartments have patios and verandahs. Pets are not permitted in the apartments.

Residences at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon

Being a business hotel, The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon sees a lot of travellers float in and out of the hotel. But some choose to stay for a longer duration at the Residences. These are mostly guests from the expatriate community, international travellers and business men going through the process of relocation. Launched in 2004, Taj Wellington Mews was the first of its kind for the group in India. It is situated in South Mumbai and is spread over 2.6 acres of landscaped, lush green land. The entire complex houses 80 fully furnished apartments with great amenities. Guests can choose from studios starting at 350 sq ft and go all the way up to 4 bedroom apartments at 5,300 sq ft. Maids rooms are part of some of the apartments and even pets are welcome here. Airport transfers, babysitting services and all other amenities you would expect at a five-star hotel are available here too.

The minimum duration of stay is 15 days and rates are upwards of Rs 3.5 lakh (plus taxes) per month.
