RE/MAX India, a division of RE/MAX International Property Group of the US, has entered Coimbatore with appointment of a Regional Franchisee Owner for the Rest of Tamil Nadu.
Raj Koneru will head the region as franchisee.
The Denver, US headquartered real estate brokerage franchising company is currently identifying franchisees and agents all over the State that would operate in the local, national and international network of RE/MAX.
According to Koneru the RE/MAX platform will provide opportunities for those interested in a career in real estate industry.
The Broker Offices will come up in Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Salem and the Nilgiris. RE/MAX sells franchised offices that provide a variety of real estate services, thereby administering the much-needed network support for conducting real estate transactions. These franchised offices further appoint real estate agents and furnish them with training, technology, and marketing support.
RE/MAX has expanded its footprint across India and is expanding in Tamil Nadu.
RE/MAX is an international network of independently owned and operated offices offering a variety of real estate services. It has presence in about 95 countries and has approximately 7,000 offices with 1,00,000 real estate agents across the world. RE/MAX India is now looking for prospective Master Franchisee Owners in Goa, Kerala & Northern Karnataka.
