Happiest Minds Technologies, a next-gen IT services provider, today announced the appointment of Sashi Kumar as CEO & MD of the organisation. The announcement comes three months after Vikram Gulati stepped down as CEO & MD after the board decided that the company’s CEO & MD needs to be based out of Bengaluru.

 

A statement released by the company says, Kumar brings a wealth of experience to Happiest Minds. During his career of 23 years, he has been profit centre head for 11 years and has achieved success and innovative breakthroughs in his previous roles.  Prior to joining Happiest Minds, Kumar, who began his career in Wipro, has led operations in Microsoft, SAP and CSC.
