Shah Rukh Khan went down memory lane when asked about his fond memories of Delhi.

At the IIMB’s Leadership Summit – IIMBUE, organised by IIMB Alumni Association, the Bollywood star taking Hollywood star Kabir Bedi’s question.

Kabir Bedi: I do not want to touch upon your film career of yours, but I want to be different and ask you your fond memories of Delhi.

A combination of things makes it, said Shah Rukh Khan and went about narrating.

The winter evenings mixed with aimless drive going across to JNU, IIT and then landing at Moolchand Dhabba for having paranthas with little cups of chai. This was at a time what we could only offer and one could afford.

Those were the care free days when friend’s car was stolen or quietly borrowed it at night for a night-out.

All these came at a time when we had no access to night clubs, lounge, or restaurants.

At that time all we used to do was scrounge for some money collected from all of us put together and then decide where we can head off that night. It all depended on the amount collected.

Prefers Women as Boss

Taking a question from audience, Shah Rukh Khan said, “I prefer Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Chairman and managing director of Biocon Group and Chairperson of IIM-B Board, as my role model business leader in the country.”

“I have read about Kiran Mazumdar Shaw's story. She is most exciting and one of the most hardworking and innovative business women in the country.  In fact I love lady bosses. For I don't love hairy men, who sweat. I love someone who smells sweet and that is no better than a woman," Khan said.

Asked if he mind Kiran Mazumdar Shaw to be his woman boss, Khan readily said, “I want women to be my bosses. I hate men bosses. Yes would like Kiran to be my lady boss.”
